VTG Old 1960's 1970's Game Used Worn Football Jersey Cleveland Browns Colors

Up for bids is a cool old Spanjian game worn football jersey.  The colors are brown and white, but I have no idea what team may have worn this jersey.  The tagging dates it to the 1960's or possibly 1970's.  I do not know of any time when the Cleveland Browns were a style like this, so please understand that I am not stating this is a Browns jersey.
The numbers are sewn on twill, and the material feels like a thick polyester fabric.  It has numerous repairs!!!  The crotch flap was cut away at some point.  This jersey has definitely seen a ton of use, so please refer to the photos.
It measures 18 inches pit to pit (24 with the underarm gussets) and 30 inches long.  It is tagged a size L.
