Suntouch Warmwire 120100WD-J Partial Spool 14 AWG 120V Underfloor Heating Cable

Partial spool of 14 AWG Suntouch Warmwire underfloor heating cable. Part number is 120100WD-J.  Spool was originally for 100 square feet and apparently had a length of 470 feet as shown on label.  Exact length unknown.
Heating cable is generally not supposed to be cut because it changes the resistance rating.  This clearly has been cut, and includes the cable only with no sensor or cold lead, so you will need to be knowledgeable enough to install it safely.
According to manufacturer installation instructions which can be found online, the J suffix means as follows:
Only cables with model numbers ending “-J” on the UL tag may be installed into shower floors and bench seats. However, do not install them into the walls. Acceptance of this shower application must be verified by the local inspector or authority having jurisdiction. See Step 5.22 and Appendix 5 for details and precautions.
