U.S. Springfield Armory M. 1860 Staff & Field Sword also occasionally referred to as the Staff and Line Officers Sword and the Foot and Staff Officers Sword. 5,261 were produced between 1873-1902. Scarce and desirable historically significant sword has good etching. Edge of the blade has some nicks, scabbard has some minor dings and nickel loss. Brass hilt and Leather grip are in good shape.
