New schluter ditra heat kit heated floor system. I bought this system new  at a cost of 0 including shipping  but didn’t use it.  I opened the box to look at the system.  This kit will heat a 26.7 sq. ft. area.  The heating cable can’t be cut so much sure you have at least that much area.  Don’t count areas underneath cabinets etc.  the kit includes everything including a digital thermostat.  This is a five day auction.  Email any questions.  Buyer pays actual shipping.
