In the very unlikely event that your item is damaged during delivery, WE are responsible and will issue a refund or send a replacement item. We ask that if it shows the item as "delivered" and you do not have possession, please ask household members and neighbors first as that is a more common occurance than most would think - then contact your local post office. If this matter cannot be resolved we will open an investigation with your local USPS to determine your packages whereabouts.
