HYDRONIC RADIANT TUBING MAT

Description

The Adroit Hydronic Radiant Mat is a quick snap-together grid system for the installation of 1/2" PEX tubing for radiant floor heating and cooling projects.
The system ensures an optimal distribution of PEX tubing and resulting highly efficient heating and cooling distribution.
Utilizing the Hydronic Radiant Mat significantly decreases installation time frame providing lower project costs and maximum customer savings.
Minimum order quantity is 20 units of 9 sq. ft. The Radiant Mat is 1 sq. ft. each and comes in 9 sq. ft. sheets for a total minimum order of 180 sq.ft.

Installation Notes & Instructions
1. Ensure area of installation is clean and free of debris prior to beginning work
2. RADIANT MAT can be installed directly to concrete, plywood subfloor, or rigid insulation
3. Snap panels together to provide consistent alignment. Panels can be cut with a circular saw as
required for corners and tight spaces.
4. Properly secure Hydronic RADIANT MAT through insulation to subfloor with Tapcon or other approved
concrete screw attachment. approx. 1 Tapcon screw per 10 sq.ft.
5. Snap ½inch cross linked polyethylene with oxygen diffusion barrier (PEX) tubing into the 3*6*9 MAT by
walking on top of PEX tubing. See illustration.
6. Overpour to be from 1 to 1/4 inch minimum, Thermafloor by Maxxon, Levelrock, Concrete, Mortar Float or equal.
7. The Radiant Mat can also be used with Aluminum Diffusion Plates and Hardy Backer for a dry system.
